At Nebraska Basketball Academy, our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program is built for athletes who are ready to put in the work. Every rep, every movement, every session is designed with one goal in mind: enhance coordination, agility, and overall athletic performance through purposeful, intentional training.
From first-time athletes to experienced players, this is where growth happens.

Structured, high-energy sessions

9 weeks total (1 optional week June 29th-July 3rd)

Choose Your Session
Session 1: Ages 11–14
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays | 10:00–11:00 AM
This is where strong foundations are built.
Young athletes will focus on:
Proper movement mechanics
Body control and coordination
Youth strength training using bodyweight and resistance bands
Injury prevention and long-term athletic development
Perfect for athletes beginning their journey in sports performance training.
Session 2: Ages 15+
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays | 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
This is where athletes level up.
Designed for high school athletes and beyond, this session includes:
Advanced basketball strength and conditioning
Weight training combined with bands and bodyweight work
Speed, explosiveness, and vertical development
Performance-focused training for competitive athletes
Ideal for those serious about basketball performance training in Omaha.
