2026 Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

You could just play the game or you could become stronger, faster, and more explosive at our youth strength and conditioning program in Omaha this summer.

At Nebraska Basketball Academy, our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program is built for athletes who are ready to put in the work. Every rep, every movement, every session is designed with one goal in mind: enhance coordination, agility, and overall athletic performance through purposeful, intentional training.

From first-time athletes to experienced players, this is where growth happens.

June 1st through July 31st, 2026

Structured, high-energy sessions

Three times per week

9 weeks total (1 optional week June 29th-July 3rd)

This isn’t random training, it’s a progressive athletic development program focused on:

Choose Your Session

Session 1: Ages 11–14

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays | 10:00–11:00 AM

This is where strong foundations are built.

Young athletes will focus on:

  • Proper movement mechanics

  • Body control and coordination

  • Youth strength training using bodyweight and resistance bands

  • Injury prevention and long-term athletic development

Perfect for athletes beginning their journey in sports performance training.

Session 2: Ages 15+

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays | 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

This is where athletes level up.

Designed for high school athletes and beyond, this session includes:

  • Advanced basketball strength and conditioning

  • Weight training combined with bands and bodyweight work

  • Speed, explosiveness, and vertical development

  • Performance-focused training for competitive athletes

Ideal for those serious about basketball performance training in Omaha.
