We're looking for teachers. Thinkers. Communicators. Mentors. People who are passionate about the game but even more passionate about the opportunity to share it.

People who ask questions, challenge old habits, welcome new ideas, and understand that great coaching isn't about having all the answers.

People who understand that we should never be satisfied with what we already know.

At Nebraska Basketball Academy, you aren't simply stepping into a coaching position. You're joining a community of people working together to build something we believe can have a lasting impact on youth basketball.

You'll have the opportunity to learn from other coaches, share your own experiences, develop your teaching abilities, build meaningful relationships with young athletes, and help shape the culture we're creating.

And that basketball culture won't change overnight. It will change one coach, one player, one practice, and one relationship at a time.

We're doing that work right here in Omaha.
