Shooter’s Touch: Form, Focus, & Follow-Through

This shooting-focused camp helps players refine their mechanics and build consistency. Athletes will progress from form shooting into game-speed, game-like reps, while developing good habits that extend beyond the court.
Training Focuses:
Shooting Mechanics: Emphasize proper form, hand positioning, and follow-through.
Player Development: Build routines that improve confidence and range — with or without a hoop at home.
In-Game Shots: Practice catch-and-shoot, off-the-dribble, and relocation shooting.
Competition: End-of-session contests like Hot Shot and Knockout keep training fun and rewarding.

Dribble, Drive, & Dish: How and When to Score
Date: July 14th-15th
Time: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

This camp emphasizes aggressive play with purpose — learning how to attack gaps, finish at the rim, and score off movement. Athletes will also learn to read defenses and create scoring chances for teammates.
Training Focuses:
Scoring Techniques: Develop finishing moves like floaters, runners, and controlled layups.
Shot Selection: Learn the value of smart, high-percentage shots.
Offensive IQ: Build awareness through situational drills focusing on reads, reactions, and spacing.
Competition: Competitive games (1v1, 2v2, and 3v3) allow players to apply what they’ve learned.
